MDPay Terms of Service
Effective date: 24 May 2026. These terms govern the relationship between the operator of MDPay ("MDPay", "we") and the user of the service ("you", "the merchant"). By using MDPay you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.
1. What MDPay is
MDPay is a payment gateway for the TON blockchain. Customer payments are first received at an MDPay receiving wallet for the purposes of confirmation, accounting and commission split. The net amount of each confirmed payment, after deduction of the MDPay commission, is credited to your internal MDPay merchant balance, which you may withdraw on demand to a TON address you control.
MDPay is not a bank, e-money issuer or depositary institution and does not provide custodial services beyond the technical processing of payments and the holding of confirmed balances pending withdrawal.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must not be located in any jurisdiction whose laws prohibit the acceptance of cryptocurrency payments, and must not be a person subject to international sanctions.
- You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you, including tax obligations and any licensing required for your activity.
3. Account
Identity on MDPay is a single account key plus a 12-word recovery phrase. No email, password or phone number is collected. Loss of the key and phrase means permanent loss of access to the account and to any balance held in it. MDPay has no technical means of recovery beyond the 12-word phrase.
You are required to keep your key and phrase confidential. Disclosure to a third party transfers full control of the account and of any balance.
4. Commission
MDPay charges a commission on every confirmed incoming payment. The default rate is 3% (three percent). Individual rates may apply to specific merchants and are reflected in the account settings. Commission is deducted automatically before the remainder is credited to your balance.
5. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are initiated by the merchant from the dashboard to a TON address controlled by the merchant.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 0.1 TON.
- TON network fees are borne by the merchant and are deducted from the withdrawn amount.
- Under normal conditions withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request.
- MDPay may temporarily hold a withdrawal and request additional information where it reasonably suspects a breach of these terms.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use MDPay for payments connected with:
- financing of terrorism or extremist activity;
- child sexual abuse material;
- money laundering or sanctions evasion;
- fraud of any kind;
- gambling in jurisdictions where it is prohibited;
- narcotic substances;
- weapons, ammunition or explosives;
- stolen goods or hacked data;
- any other goods or services whose circulation is unlawful under applicable law.
MDPay reserves the right to freeze the account and forfeit the balance of any merchant in respect of whom such a breach is established, and to report the relevant information to competent authorities to the extent required or permitted by law.
7. Privacy
Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". MDPay's liability to you is limited to the unwithdrawn balance MDPay holds for you at the moment of the incident giving rise to the claim. Force majeure events — including blockchain reorganisations, third-party RPC or exchange outages, regulatory action and any other circumstances beyond MDPay's reasonable control — exclude liability.
9. Support
Support is provided via Telegram @n0s3nse and by email at admin@y7v.lol. Please include your user_id with every request. MDPay will never ask for your account key or recovery phrase.
10. Changes
MDPay may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved at the operator's location.
